Your purchase creates your account on this site automatically. Here is how to sign in, why there is no signup form, and what to do if you cannot get in.
Your account on this site was created by your purchase. There is no signup form, and that is deliberate — accounts here exist only for customers, so the only way one is created is by buying a licence. If you have bought Neutrino, you already have an account and simply need to sign in.
Signing in is by email link. You enter your address, we send you a link, you click it, and you are in — on that device, for a long time. There is no password to choose, lose or reset.
Every documentation article on this site has a public opening section that anyone can read, and a full version that continues once you are signed in. If you are reading a page that stops partway through with a prompt to sign in, that is the boundary — not an error.
