A placebo version bump: the number went up and nothing else did. It exists so we could test the automatic theme update system end to end against a real site — including that an update installs over your existing theme without disturbing your settings.
Nothing to do either way. On the Ongoing plan it arrived on its own; on any other plan there is no reason to take it.
